No Cash Refund Policy

Please note that Saleem Fabrics does not offer any cash refunds under any circumstances.
However, we do offer a flexible exchange policy — if you face any issue with your purchase, you can exchange the product at any of our stores within the same budget range.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • It must be in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide the system-generated invoice (mandatory) and proof of purchase.

Parcel Receiving & Opening Policy

  • Please record an unboxing video while opening your parcel to ensure proof of the item’s condition at the time of delivery.

  • Do not accept the parcel if it appears opened, damaged, or tampered with. Immediately inform the delivery rider or contact our customer service.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Custom products (stitched, altered, or personalized)

  • Shrinked fabrics

  • Sale Items

  • PRET / RTW

  • Shawls, Stoles and Scarves

  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or other stores

Exchange Claim Process

If you wish to claim an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at: Customer.service@saleemfabrics.com

  2. Mention your order number, registered name, contact number, and reason for exchange in the email.

  3. Attach clear photos and/or the unboxing video showing the issue (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective item).

  4. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

    • Share the exchange shipping label, and

    • Provide return instructions (where and how to send the parcel).

⚠️ Items sent back without an official exchange approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Notification & Balance Adjustment

Once we receive and inspect your exchanged item, we’ll notify you of the result.
If approved:

  • Your exchange will be processed, and

  • If there’s a balance difference in your favor, we’ll issue a voucher for future use.
